Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

This is one of our most spacious ground floor suites. Named "Like A Sturgeon", this two-bedroom condo accommodates up to eight guests. The bedrooms include one king bed and two queen beds, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room area. Plus, the 1 and three-quarter bathrooms help make mornings and evenings more manageable for larger groups. The kitchen features a full fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with included coffee. Step outside on the patio and take in the fresh ocean breeze; there are a couple of chairs where you can kick back and relax with a drink in hand. Or, if it's a stormy coastal day, stay warm inside by the fireplace or watch your favorite shows and movies on TV.



Please note: This unit is not pet-friendly. The ground-floor location makes access simple and convenient throughout your stay.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
