An architect-designed exclusive holiday home by the sea is offered to all holiday guests who decide to come to this sought-after address on the south coast of Sweden.The villa, which was built in 2012, offers a high-class holiday accommodation with a modern floor plan consisting of open spaces, glass sections, pleasant underfloor heating, and consistently tasteful material choices.From the jacuzzi on the unusually generous terrace, which runs around the front and gables of the house, you enjoy the wonderful view of the sea horizon through the pines and the adjacent nature reserve.The house offers lovely living areas, an exclusive kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, a fully tiled bathroom, a fully tiled relaxation room with shower and wc, laundry room and an attic.The property also has a large extended carport and an insulated storage building.The plot is alternately flat and hilly with something for everyone and is located as one of the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac about 160 meters from the beach.3 bedrooms with double beds and bed loft with matreses

Fantastic location, average service

The location of this house is amazing. Just 100m from the beach and in the forest. The house is great with lots of space and massage chairs.BUT there were a few things that dragged down the experience: - No welcome papers leaving us to guess who to operate the appliances- The pictures and description of the outside area where incorrect. The cozy outside corner was taken down, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.- The spa was dirty upon arrival - full of sand in the bottom- The power went out after we plugged in a toaster and didn’t come back on for a few hours- The heating didn’t come back on after the power outage and we were left without heat for 2 days- When asking the agency for help they kept referring to the owner and kept asking us to talk to him, leaving us stuck between the two- The whole outside area is under surveillance by the the owner- The listing mentions a fireplace - that is not in the house and the owner never replied on why that is in the listing. Neither did the agency, still referring back to the owner- No compensation was offered by owner and we ended up paying SEK1600 for cleaning which seems a little steep

Ferienhaus an sehr schönem Sandstrand

Wir hatten einen sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, Åhus hat einige nette kleine Restaurants und der Strand wohl einer der schönsten von Schweden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)
