The main living area is filled with natural light and opens to a private deck, creating an inviting space to gather and unwind. Please note: The main living space is upstairs and requires about 15 steps.

AC upstairs in the living/kitchen area and downstairs in the master bedroom.

All guests are required to sign the Good Neighbor Policy and Tenant Agreement per City of Big Bear Lake regulations at least 48 hours before arrival.

Just a quick heads-up: while we always want your stay to be perfect, refunds can’t be offered for things outside our control—like weather (snow… or no snow!) or any unexpected power or internet outages outages from local utility providers. Also, as part of the mountain experience, you may occasionally see a few local “visitors” (think ants, spiders, or other critters). While the home is professionally cleaned and well cared for, nature sometimes sneaks in—no refunds will be issued for these encounters.
