Diese Wohnung ist in Küche und Wohn-Esszimmer gut ausgestattet, das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen (der Einhänge und Verstell-Mechanismus der Dusch-Brause funktioniert nicht mehr wie er sollte). Durch das Öffnen der mittleren Spiegelschranktür ist uns das untere Türscharnier kaputt gegangen. Als wir das dem Hausmeister gemeldet haben, war die Beschaffung eines neuen Scharniers für Ihn kein Problem-wir hoffen, daß derSchaden behoben werden konnte. Ausserdem gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe im Außenbereich. Deswegen können wir die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

So weit ganz Ok,Sofa war sehr unbequem da die Polsterung schon sehr durchgesessen war,Spülkasten im Bad war sehr laut, da das Schlafzimmer direkt daneben ist . Sauberkeit lässt auch ein wenig zu wünschen übrig . Gut ist das man sowohl einen Balkon und den Garten nutzen kann .
