The ceiling beams, the sloping walls, the cozy sofa area and the warm colors together create a very special atmosphere. In the evening, chat at the dining table about the next days' excursions and afterwards, feast on the sofas on the delicious homemade muffins with the sweet berries you picked on your hiking tour yesterday. Tomorrow you can rent a boat, jump into the nearby outdoor pool or start hiking in the forest with a packed lunch in your backpack.



You won't be bored in this area, where you can jet through the forest on a mountain bike, play golf, hike and play mini golf with the little ones. In the small town of Bad Arolsen you can experience beautiful culture as well as immerse yourself in exciting history. From 1655 to 1918 it was the residence town of the Princes of Waldeck-Pyrmont and then until 1929 the capital of the Free State of Waldeck.
