“Buon giorno”—a warm welcome from Casita di Ellinor!
Our detached vacation home is located in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park, about 550 m above Lake Garda in the VILLAGIO DI SUNCLASS vacation bungalow complex in Tignale.
Our bungalow is located in the upper part of the complex. The communal pool is about a 3-minute walk away, and the German-speaking reception desk is also located there.
The bungalow is surrounded on three sides by sun terraces, one of which is covered. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and cozy armchairs invite you to relax. A gas BBQ grill is available for free use. A pizza stone is also provided for this purpose.
BEDROOMS:
3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds (each 200x80 cm), another with one single bed (200x90 cm), and the third with two single beds (each 200x80 cm).
BATHROOM:
Modern bathroom with shower and toilet, featuring comfortable amenities (hair dryer provided)
KITCHEN: Kitchen (see amenities) with gas stove, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, mini-oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crepe maker, and a wide selection of dishes
For cooler days, there’s a powerful pellet stove that quickly warms the bungalow into a cozy retreat (pellets not included; can be purchased as needed, e.g., at the local supermarket)
Wi-Fi:
High-speed Wi-Fi (30 Mbit/s) is available to our guests free of charge
Satellite TV and Internet TV are available for use (controllable via your own apps)
Please understand that our bungalow is a smoke-free property and, due to allergies, pets are not permitted. For insurance reasons, electric cars cannot be charged here.
Please bring your own towels, bed linens, and kitchen towels from home; they are not included in the rental price. Alternatively, we can provide you with laundry packages upon request and for a fee, so that you’ll be welcomed to a fully prepared vacation home upon arrival. Please indicate your preferences regarding this when you make your inquiry.
A large parking lot is located just a few meters below the house. The bungalow is then accessible via a staircase.
The nightly rate already includes the final cleaning fee of 85 EUR and the tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per day per person (ages 14 and up). After checking in at the reception desk, you will receive the digital “Tignale Card.” This card is available via a downloadable app and provides discounts and/or free admission to many attractions.
TIGNALE SUNCLASS VACATION RESORT
The vacation resort is situated on a spacious site in the heart of the beautiful Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park, approximately 550 m above Lake Garda. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here, as will hikers and mountain bikers. It’s also just a 10-minute drive down to the lake.
Our resort features a heated pool (25-meter lap pool) with a non-swimmer area, a baby pool, and a slide. Depending on the weather, the pool is open from around early/mid-May through mid/late September.
The grounds include a children’s playground, a foosball table, a chess set, table tennis tables, and a kiosk that offers drinks and light snacks during peak season. Children’s entertainment is offered during the high season. A German-speaking staff is available to assist our guests with any questions, and washing machines and dryers are also available (for a fee).
The nearest town, Gardola, is about a 20-minute walk away.
EXCURSIONS AND SPORTS
Gargnano (10 km), Limone (25 km), Saló (25 km), and Riva (30 km) invite you to explore and enjoy swimming.
Weekly rentals with Saturday check-in are preferred; other arrival times are possible by arrangement.
