Apartment house "Le Neptune", 3 storeys. 6 apartments in the property. Below Porto-Vecchio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 700 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Plage de Cala Verde" 3 km. Sports harbour 450 m. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 200 m, Plage de Santa Giulia 7 km, Plage de Palombaggia 9 km, Bonifacio 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 20 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 48 km. Please note: car recommended.
2-room apartment 52 m2 on 3rd floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Alcove with 2 sofabeds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, hatch. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 28 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only.
