The North Shore House is a newly remodeled pet friendly oasis in Detroit Lakes. Perfectly located for families with frisbe golf, tennis and a playground across the street. The city beach and great bar&grill options are within 1 to 2 blocks! It offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a fireplace, a game room, an elivated deck, a sauna, AC, fast WiFi and a washer and dryer. Enjoy a large, fully fenced back yard. Sleeps 8-10 and is ideal for families and groups

The deck is large and the yard is fully fenced.
The garage is currently not part of the rental space.
There is adequate parking for 3 to 4 vehicles in the driveway with more parking available on the street. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
The home includes Wi-Fi along with access to Hulu and Disney+. Please note that cable and local TV channels are not available. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts during their stay.

What makes this property unique

The location of the North Shore House is 2nd to none! The city beach is across the street. The city park is also across the street with large shelters for family gatherings and a frisbee golf course. We are a 2 minute walk from the in city troll Alexa. The city rec is alos across the street that includes a playground and tennis court. Also, many bar and grill options are a short walk away! If you are traveling with pets, we have a large fenced in back yard for pet elbow room.
