letztes Jahr schön, dieses Jahr eine Katastrophe
Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber
Cons: Ständiger Lärm von Hundegebell u. Geheule über Stunden, sowohl in der Anlage, als auch außerhalb. Direkt neben der Wohnung (links), direkt angrenzend, 7 Tage lang Lärm wegen Terrassenarbeiten mit Presslufthammer, was unerträglich war (der Arbeiter kann nichts dafür) Terrassenplatten wurden damit weg gespitzt, was überhaupt nicht zur Erholung unseres Urlaubes beigetragen hat, im Gegenteil, wir mußten die Wohnung immer wieder verlassen, da es nicht auszuhalten war. Wir konnten uns in dieser Zeit auch nicht auf der Terrasse aufhalten, noch frühstücken. Auf der hinteren Terrasse, wenn es heiß war, wäre ein Tisch, den wir zwar angefordert hatten, jedoch nicht bekommen haben, angebracht gewesen. Dort war es kühler. Dieser hatte letztes Jahr, als wir dort waren auch schon gefehlt. Nach diesem gestressten Urlaub durch all diese Probleme und keinerlei Rücksichtnahme, kann diese Wohnung so, wie es gelaufen ist, niemandem mehr empfehlen.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.
Pros: Die Wohnung hat 2 windgeschütze Terrassen (eine mit Garten) auf denen man selbst im Frühling draußen sitzen kann, zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne hat und sich wie im Sommer fühlt. Das Zentrum und das Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar, so dass das Auto während des Urlaubes in der vorhandenen Garage stehen bleiben kann.
Cons: Der Check- In fand unkompliziert via WhatsApp statt. Eine kurze persönliche Einweisung, wo was zu finden ist, wäre trotzdem schön gewesen.

Ottima posizione tranquilla ma vicino al centro e al mare
Pros: Piano terra con accesso al giardino dalle camere e ampia veranda dalla sala, doppi servizi, aria condizionata separata per ogni stanza, super accessoriato, host disponibile e presente.
Cons: ........... Non trovo niente da scrivere.
