For shared use: park (fenced), swimming pool angular (400 m2, depth 170 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:30). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, boccia, barbecue house, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (22.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 21.Mar.. Parking on the premises.
