Our beautiful vacation complex with a farm is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the Flachau-Reitdorf district, in a prime location with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and meadows. In addition to the cozy apartments for 2 to 8 people, the Alpin Apart offers numerous vacation perks. In both summer and winter, our vacation complex stands out thanks to its prime location, many popular included amenities, and excellent facilities. In our new panoramic indoor pool, you’ll find rest and relaxation in every season. In summer, the solar-heated swimming pool with its sun deck offers a truly special swimming experience. Your ideal vacation home in Austria, perfect for families with children or for a getaway with friends.

In addition to skiing, Flachau has much more to offer. Perfect vacation days in our apartments begin with a view out the window of a dreamlike winter landscape. In winter, enjoy the prime location of our vacation apartments, close to the Ski amadé lifts. The ski bus stops right at the building and takes you to the slopes, ski schools, and rental shops. The entrance to the cross-country ski trails is right in front of our aparthotel. Numerous winter activities in the fresh, crisp mountain air, right in the heart of the Salzburg Sports World, await you.



On-site costs: Bed linens and towels are provided; all bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers (included in the price). Additional guests: permitted for an extra charge of €15 per person per day. Surcharge for short stays: Prices are valid for weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. For stays of less than one week, we charge a short-stay surcharge of +20% for Types An and C+ in the Poolhaus and +30% for the New Year’s Eve week: +15%. Ample parking available—free of charge!



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
