Vacation rental in Plauen’s oldest, historic, and protected residential building, located right next to City Hall, St. Johannis Church, the Malzhaus, and the Elsteraue. The building has been extensively and lovingly renovated in recent years and brought up to modern standards. The central tram stop is a 7-minute walk away, and both train stations are easily accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Shopping opportunities and cultural attractions such as the Fabrik der Fäden, theaters, museums, galleries, and churches are all within easy reach. Our local recreational area, the Syratal, and the city park are within a 20- to 30-minute walk.



Vacation rental, shower, toilet, 1 bedroom:

The vacation rental has a separate entrance, hallway, living room with open-concept kitchen (fully equipped), dining area, TV, bathroom, and one bedroom; tile and PVC flooring (allergy-friendly). Allergy-friendly duvet and pillows. An extra bed (sofa) for one child is available for a short stay (upon request only).



On-site costs: No deposit required; full payment due no later than 5 days before arrival.Parking across from the vacation rental is available for a fee; please inquire in advance and pay on-site. An extra bed (living room couch) for one child is available upon prior request and for payment on-site. A baby crib can be brought along and set up in the bedroom.Pets not allowed. Note: Saxony Day in Plauen—June 18–20, 2027. The vacation rental is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, so all stages and event venues are within walking distance. For those arriving by car, the downtown parking garages can be used.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
