The property is conveniently located within driving distance of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Virginia Tech, and Claytor Lake State Park. The nearest major airport is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, where rental cars are available. Rideshare and taxi services may be available in the area, but availability can vary, so transportation arrangements should be made in advance.

Please note that the property is located along a quiet rural road, and guests are encouraged to arrive during daylight hours when possible.

* The property features a backup generator that services the entire home.
* Enjoy the game lounge with arcade games and garage-style doors that can be opened for an indoor-outdoor experience.
* Starlink internet is available throughout the property.
* No pets are permitted.
* No parties or events without prior approval.
* Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring properties.
* The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
* Please do not operate the air conditioning with doors or windows open.
* Ring security cameras are located at exterior entry points for security purposes.
* Guests are asked to lock all doors and windows upon departure.
