The holiday rental is harmoniously situated off the already quiet street, and thanks to the solid walls and triple-glazed windows, you can expect an atmosphere of absolute tranquility.

The bedroom features a pull-out corner sofa that can accommodate two children or, if necessary, two adults. We’re happy to provide a cot upon request. A wardrobe and an elegant vanity table with a mirror complete the ambiance. In addition, all our guests have access to free Wi-Fi with 500 Mbit/s fiber-optic internet.

Our holiday rental is located on the cool north side of the villa on the lower floor, which is actually at ground level relative to the adjacent house, since our house is situated on a slope. This location ensures that the apartment remains pleasantly cool during the hot summer months. In winter, the underfloor heating ensures a cosy and comfortable temperature so that you can feel completely at ease even during the colder months.

In addition, the apartment offers an immediate view of Magenheim Castle as soon as you step outside the front door. This castle is a true sight to behold and adds a special touch to your experience with us.
