Perfect house

A beautiful house with a nice pool. Very comfy sofas inside. Self check-in, so you are not in a hurry to arrive in time. Easy to reach. We and our dog enjoyed the time in the house.

pefect match

we have enjoyed our holidays very much. It's a perfect place to relax. We have been there with our 3 dogs. a very nice house, nice garden and as well a wonderful pool. Also the opportunites to shop easily the necesary things is a big plus. Stores like Plodine, Lidl or others a near (15 minutes to drive). Restaurantes you can find in Labin as well in Rabac. Many thks to Valentina - you have done a great job. We really like to visit the poolhouse again.

Nice for sommer months!

The interior of the villa is very nice and comfortable. Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. But the best is the outside, unless you have bad luck with the weather as we did. Since the villa is located in a mountain village, I would recommend it more during the summer months to be able to use the exterior.. The only issue we had was that the garden is not completely fenced and our medium sized dog was able to escape through it.

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es eignet sich auch gut für 2 Paare oder Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern, weil es 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils angrenzendem Bad gibt. Der Pool ist recht groß, so dass man richtig schwimmen kann ;-))

Alles soweit gut!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, zwei größere Hunde) waren zwei Wochen im Juli im Poolhaus. Für uns war die Größe absolut ausreichend. Der Pool ist wunderbar, das Wasser nicht zu kalt. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist es absolut richtig. Zu Stränden fährt man mindestens 20-25 Minuten. Einkaufen, Restaurant in der Nähe möglich!

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war wirklich toll. Wir hatten wirklich Glück mit dem Wetter und hatten Schöne Sonnenuntergänge und eine tolle Zeit im und am Pool, aber auch am Meer welches nur 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war von Kaffeefilter, Zucker, Salz wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Check in war problemlos. Das Haus sehr sauber und die Nachbarn waren auch freundlich.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, haben unsere Zeit genossen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund auch seine Freiheit hatte. Pool war zwar sehr kalt aber schön und wurde zweimal die Woche auch gereinigt.

Einfach toll!

Würden das Haus so nehmen und zuhause aufstellen. Es war perfekt, alles da was man braucht, super ausgestattet, toller Pool, schönes Grundstück, nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Nicht weit zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort oder 5 Autominuten mit vielen Geschäften. Jederzeit wieder!

Magnifique maison

La description de la location correspond en tout point avec ce que nous avons trouver qur place. Il y a tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin pour être bien chez soi. Huile,vinaigre sel, liquide vaisselle, étendoir, lave linge, pince à linge, sèche cheveux... Tout pour se sentir comme à la maison. Tout le mobilier est en bon état. Que se soit intérieur ou extérieur. Franchement nous n'avons jamais une qualité comme celle là dans une location. Bravo à vous et Merci pour ce séjour

Wir vermissen das Pool House soooooooo sehr 😢

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im nahezu perfekten Pool House. Die Gastgeber waren super lieb, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus, besonders in der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Selbst an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, so dass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die sehr liebevolle Dekoration war ein Highlight, wie auch die Gastgeschenke, der Likör war sehr lecker. Der Garten war perfekt für unsere Hunde, der Pool sehr sauber und erfrischend. Einen weiteren Sonnenschirm oder ein Sonnensegel hätten wir uns gewünscht, da sich der Aufenthalt im Freien bei 36 Grad mit nur einem Schirm etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Wir waren definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal im Pool House und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Bis dahin, alles Liebe und Gute 😊

Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit unseren Ferienhaus, es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war traumhaft. Sehr netter Vermieter,bei fragen schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein kleiner Markt und Gaststätte direkt im Ort wo man hin laufen konnte und zum Meer waren es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten, sehr empfehlenswert.

Lekker vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving

Mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Wat ons bevreemde was dat er geen afzuigkap aanwezig was boven de inductieplaat. Maar dat stoorde verder niet bij het koken. Heerlijk zwembad wat 2x per week schoongemaakt werd. Goed omheind voor de honden. Rustige omgeving. En heerlijke douches.

Besser geht wohl kaum

Es ist genau wie beschrieben. Fast sogar noch etwas besser. Für uns 4 Erwachsenen und die beiden Hunde alles super. Auch der kleine Willkommenstrunk und die Gastgeschenke eine sehr gelungene Überraschung. Würden wir jederzeit ohne zu zögern wieder buchen.

Sehr modernes Poolhouse

Das Poolhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. 2 x in der Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt. Nedescina ist jetzt weniger spannend, hat aber einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Das Restaurant Plaka hat eine schöne Terrasse und Essen in guter Qualität zu vernünftigen Preisen. In D würde man sagen "gut bürgerlich".

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie ein Ferienhaus, welches so gut ausgestattet war. Alle notwendigen Gewürze und Küchenutensilien. Schwämme, Putzmittel alles da. Hat sich wie ein Zuhause und nicht wie ein Ferienhaus angefühlt. Toll. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der während unseres Aufenthalts 2x gereinigt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war top und sie haben auf unsere Anliegen schnell reagiert. Bis zum Meer fährt man ca. 15 Minuten und auf dem Weg findet man Supermärkte, dm, Restaurants. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
