Villa Caterina is a holiday home with a swimming pool, near St. Lovreč. Distance from Poreč and the beach is only 15 km, and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house is located on a fully fenced yard of 500m2 with a well-kept lawn and flowers, a 26m2 swimming pool, a hot tub and deckchairs. Next to the pool is a nice covered terrace with a large table for 12 people and a charcoal grill. Several parking spaces are provided in front of the house.
This beautiful house was built way back in 1898, and during the renovation in 2020, traditional Istrian architecture was kept in one part, while the other part was decorated in a modern style.


Villa Caterina has a accomodation capacity for 10-12 guests , with total of 350m2 of living space, consisting of three separate units, and is ideal for larger groups or more families. The first unit consists of a ground floor with a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a fireplace. At the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the covered terrace and pool. On the first floor there is one bedroom with separate beds, one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet in the hallway. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the yard and pool.


The second unit is located on the first floor and in the lower part has a spacious living area decorated in a typical Istrian style with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, a sofa and a separate toilet. At the entrance there is a nice covered terrace with seating, and in the upper part there are two bedrooms with double beds and each with its own bathroom.


In the second part of the courtyard, there is a third unit, which consists of a ground floor with billiards, darts, table tennis and a small fitness studio, while on the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access.
