Spacious apartment near the Palatinate Forest

This spacious apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right next to the Palatinate Forest. At the end of the cul-de-sac, the premium hiking trails (Palatinate Forest Trail, Rothenberg Trail, Graf-Heinrich Trail, and others) begin just a few steps away. Currently, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. It is located on the top floor of our two-family house.

It’s in an absolutely quiet location—a wonderful place to relax.

Kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, small 80L refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, bar with 2 stools)
Front balcony (4 chairs with a small table)
Back balcony off Bedroom 2 (2 chairs with a low table)

In the kitchen, you’ll find cutlery and plates/cups/glasses for 4 people, as well as a small selection of pots and pans. Dishwasher tablets and dish soap are provided. You’ll find basic amenities for short stays.

The bedrooms are located at the rear of the house facing the garden and look directly out onto the Palatinate Forest.

Important: We allow pets; however, you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation. Please bring everything your pet needs, as well as items to protect the furnishings, such as blankets, etc.
We do not allow noisy pets—in such cases, we reserve the right to evict guests without a refund.
