Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the idyllic mountain village of Mauterndorf, you will find this modernly furnished flat. The lift takes you comfortably to the second floor, where this charmingly furnished holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You have access to a communal ski/bicycle storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra charge). The flat offers parking for up to 1 car in the carport

Winter sports enthusiasts' hearts beat faster in this region. The Grosseck-Speiereck skiing area is only a few kilometres away from this flat. The ski bus stops in front of the door every fifteen minutes and takes you to the family-friendly ski area in no time. In addition to the mainly blue and red slopes, there are of course also some challenging black slopes. Due to the high altitude of 2,400 metres, you can often ski from November to May. The Katschberg-Aineck, the smaller Fanningberg and Obertauern areas are also easy to reach from here. Cross-country skiers among you can hit the trails right in the village.

In summer, the mountains and forests in the immediate vicinity are ideal for beautiful hikes. But also golfers can enjoy themselves, only 8 km away there is a well-maintained 18-hole golf course.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
