Come stay at this 3-bedroom townhome in Auburn, AL only 1.5 miles from Toomer's Corner and the Auburn University campus. Amenities include three fully furnished bedrooms including TVs with streaming/cable. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Both upstairs rooms include a shower/bath combo. The downstairs bathroom has a full shower. The living room includes a 75" TV with streaming/cable and a sofa bed with sleeping space for two, if needed. All linens (including sofa bed) and towels are provided.

The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, utensils, dishware and cookware. The dining area provides seating for six. Upstairs, make use of a full washer and dryer, if needed. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.

Safety features include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors in each bedroom, ADT alarm system, emergency flashlights, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

The townhouse location was extremely convenient to Auburn campus and downtown area. Townhouse was clean, furnishings are new and owners keep it well- stocked. Large tv in living room was great (tv’s in each bedroom). Owners very responsive and friendly. Will stay here again.
