Doppelbuchung

Leider kam es bei unserer Buchung zu einer Doppelbuchung, wodurch wir die Ferienwohnung trotz Buchungsbestätigung und bereits getätigter Zahlung nicht nutzen konnten. Eine Alternative wurde uns telefonisch nur mit Zuzahlung des Aufpreises angeboten, da diese “deutlich teurer” sei. Somit mussten wir uns selbst um eine Alternative in der Umgebung umsehen. Solche Situationen können natürlich immer passieren. Eine Entschuldigung oder Hilfe bei der kurzfristigen Suche nach einer Alternative wäre jedoch sehr wünschenswert gewesen.
