Welcome to our FUN-FILLED 6 bedroom 4 bathroom villa “Cocorama” seated on 1.5 acres with a gorgeous view of Tucson city lights and nearby mountain ranges.



Inside you'll find all the amenities your heart desires: a sparkling pool, bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, a decked out game + theatre + karaoke room + gym (garage conversion), jazzy bar lounge with pool table + poker table, basketball hoop, and mini putting green!

Welcome to Cocorama! Tastefully decorated 6 bed and 4 bath, 3850 sq ft villa situated on 1.5 acres : )

Cocorama was the perfect location for my family to celebrate the holiday! The kitchen was incredibly spacious allowing for many adults to create the holiday meals and others gather round to share in conversations at the same time. Overall the living space and bedrooms are well appointed. The game room and pool table in the den added such fun. The pool and hot tub added to the fun. Views of the city lights at night did not disappoint. The owner and property manager were so attentive.!

Everything was perfect they had everything well maintained and well supplied. Wish we had more time to enjoy all of the things to do in the house but plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a bigger family or friends. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Golf trip

My friends and I stayed at this house and it was fantastic. It was as advertised and just perfect. Quiet neighborhood with excellent views overlooking Tucson from the front of the property. The backyard was also really nice. Helen was was responsive and a great property host. I would recommend this house to anyone, and hopefully get a chance to stay there again.

Wonderful all around!

This house was amazing for our large group including 2 babies. The house is spacious with bedrooms spread out in 3 different areas. The large kitchen and dining table made pressing and enjoying large meals easy and enjoyable. The amenities and details were exceptional- we loved the game room, putting green that we also used for yoga and to let the babies crawl, and ping pong in the garage. The pool was perfect after being heated. 4 days wasn’t enough to make use of everything this house had to offer! Would highly recommend.
