Located in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas, bordering Salvador, in a residential neighborhood, this private property is surrounded by other neighboring houses, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Ipitanga Beach and Vilas do Atlântico Beach.

20-minute drive to the airport and metro station.

15 minutes by car to the center of Lauro de Freitas, Rua Amarilio Thiago dos Santos, with its large popular commercial area.

10 minutes by car to the center of Vilas do Atlântico, Av. Praia de Itapuã, with bars, restaurants, delicatessens, pharmacies, butchers, supermarkets, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, beauty salons, gyms, small shopping centers, etc.;

15 to 20 minutes by car to the major shopping malls Parque Shopping Bahia and Shopping Salvador Norte.
