ENGLISH VERSION
Picturesque rustico (quarry stone villa) in an extraordinary location: Nestled in an ancient olive grove and in the immediate vicinity of the sea (steep coast) lies the former Acqua Bianca manor.
Uninhabited for a long time, this historic building—constructed in the late 19th century in the Località Acqua Bianca district of Marina di Pisciotta—was gradually renovated and has been rented out as a spacious holiday home for many years.
VACATION HOME IN A DREAM LOCATION BY THE SEA
Due to the slight slope of the terrain, the entrance at the rear leads directly to the upper floor of the house at ground level. Inside, the old, high ceilings lend the rooms an airy and spacious feel.
You first enter the large living/dining room, where a round arch visually separates the cosy living area—with a sofa nook and fireplace—from the dining area. In addition to the dining area, you’ll find a dining set for 4 people in the kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the spacious terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the nearby, sparkling sea. There are also two bedrooms, both of which open onto the terrace, and two bathrooms.
The approximately 10,000-square-meter lot surrounding the house is partially fenced. You can park your car right next to the house under a carport.
GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT
Additionally, the ground-floor apartment, which accommodates five people, is available for rent. It features two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a small kitchen-living area, and another covered terrace.
If you wish to use only the main house, the guest apartment will not be rented out to anyone else.
THE WALK TO THE BEACH
The pretty, partly sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta is about an 800-meter walk along a road with little traffic (except in August).
You’ll find bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket in Marina di Pisciotta, about 1.5 km away.
The main town of Pisciotta is a 5-minute drive away. Those who don’t mind the climb can reach the mountain village via a footpath.

ENGLISH VERSION
The historic building in Marina di Pisciotta’s Località Acqua Bianca dates from the late 19th century. After standing vacant for a long time, it was gradually renovated and has been rented out for several years now as a spacious holiday home with a main unit (4 people) and an additional unit (5 people).
HOLIDAY HOME IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION FACING THE SEA
Since the holiday home is situated on a gently sloping lot, the entrance to the upper floor—that is, the main unit—at the back of the house is at ground level. Inside, the high, original ceilings create an airy and spacious atmosphere.
The first room you enter is the large living-dining room, where a round arched opening “separates” the cosy living area—with a sofa corner and fireplace—from the dining area. The separate eat-in kitchen opens onto the spacious terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the nearby, sparkling sea. There are 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), both with access to the terrace, and 2 bathrooms (bathtub/toilet/bidet; shower/toilet) in the main unit.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi (not suitable for remote work), a TV, and a washing machine; a children’s bed can be provided upon request. There is a covered parking space next to the house. The approximately 10,000 m² property on which Casa Acqua Bianca is located is partially fenced.
IN-LAW APARTMENT ON THE LOWER FLOOR – The in-law apartment on the lower floor, which sleeps up to 5 people, can be rented in addition to the main home. It features 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen-dining-living room, and a covered terrace.
If you wish to rent only the main home, the in-law apartment remains unoccupied.
THE WAY TO THE BEACH
To reach the lovely, partly sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta on foot, simply follow the low-traffic (except in August) road for about 800 m. <
