Surrounded by the Mansholter Holz nature reserve and the Gristeder Forest, you’ll feel the soothing tranquility here and enjoy your time away.
The 114 m² holiday rental welcomes you with a bright, inviting entryway, a wide range of amenities, and plenty of space—whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, or with the whole family. Even for a stay with friends, the apartment—with its two bedrooms—offers plenty of private spaces and ample living area for your time together on holiday.
As the heart of the apartment, the bathroom features a rain shower, inviting you to enjoy your own personal wellness routine before the day begins.

Recharge your energy on the sunny tea terrace, enjoy the peace and quiet with a nice cup of coffee, and let the warming rays of the sun shine on your face. There’s also a barbecue terrace with sun loungers at your disposal.
The apartment offers the perfect starting point for long bike rides, short hikes, or excursions to Ammerland.
You can store the bikes you’ve brought with you in the lockable bike shed and even charge the batteries of your e-bikes there.

A lovely way to end the day is to cook together in the modern kitchen with an induction cooktop. The open layout connecting to the adjacent living room creates a sense of space and togetherness. While some prepare the meal, others are already planning the next day right next door.
A parking spot right outside the door and a covered area for your bicycles provide added convenience.

Apartment, shower, toilet:

This quietly located holiday apartment on the outskirts of town offers plenty of space for a relaxing getaway. Modern furnishings in every room ensure your comfort. The ground-floor apartment features a step-free entrance and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hallways and doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Light-filled rooms, a sunny tea terrace, and a large barbecue terrace are the perfect places to unwind after eventful excursions or on days when you’re taking it easy.
From the makeup mirror and the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom to the game collection and the fully equipped kitchen for your cooking evenings, a wide range of amenities is at your disposal.



On-site costs: Please make a deposit of 20% of the total cost within 5 days of booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. We also ask that you provide a security deposit of €100.00 in cash upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded to you via bank transfer after your departure. If needed, we can provide a cot and a high chair. Please let us know in advance if you require these items. Bed linens and towels are included in the room rate.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
