No more than 10 guests are permitted in the Main House. More than 10 guests at the property will be considered an event. Events must be approved in advance at the time of booking by the owner. To host an event you must book the entire Wedding Cake Collection: main house, garden suite and carriage house. If approved an additional Event Contract and fees are required.
