The 40 sqm one-room apartment with kitchen, hallway, and bathroom is located at the rear of the garden on a quiet side street. There is absolutely no traffic noise, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view of a park-like garden from the terrace. There is a double bed (a fold-away bed with a comfort topper and a new mattress measuring 1.60 m wide) and a sofa bed with a high-quality innerspring mattress (1 m wide), suitable for extended use.
If used by one person, the fold-away bed can be folded up to create a very spacious living room. Beautiful lamps and comfortable armchairs with new cushions allow you to make yourself comfortable in the evenings. Roller shutters allow you to completely darken the apartment during the day and ensure a restful sleep.
Two people can sleep in two separate beds if desired.
The apartment is centrally located near the main train station and is easily accessible by public transport (two subway stations, Bismarkplatz and Philharmonie, are in the immediate vicinity). The trade fair center is a 10-minute walk away.
The Folkwang Museum, Aalto Theater (Opera), and Philharmonie are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Rüttenscheid district, with its many restaurants and shops, as well as the Grugapark, the trade fair center, and the Grugahalle, are also very close.
The city park is a 6-minute walk away through a glass door between the Philharmonie and the Sheraton Hotel.
The apartment is close to the cultural center with the Aalto Theater, the Philharmonie, and the Folkwang Museum, as well as the trendy Rüttenscheid district.
