The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern style typical of the country. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly, green area. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
