Vacation home with pool and beautiful terrace
Casa Maria is located in the small Istrian village of Peresiji not far from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The traditional Istrian stone house offers accommodation for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Through a beautiful vine-covered terrace you enter the living room on the first floor of the house. Here you will also find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the greenery.
Outside, the small flowered garden with pool and the shaded terrace invite you to relax.
Casa Maria is also a good starting point to explore Istria. Thus, the Istrian metropolis of Pula as well as the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are in Barbariga or Fažana (20 minutes).

Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit im Ferienhaus in Peresij! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Pool und die Terasse: top gepflegt, groß genug zum Schwimmen und einfach perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Ausflug, am Abend bei Sonnenuntergang oder einfach als Entspannungstag.Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden – ideal für alle, die Erholung suchen, aber auch mal etwas unternehmen möchten. Der Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen.Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir vergeben ohne zu zögern 5 Sterne und kommen ganz sicher wieder!
