The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is popular also because of the view from the grounds over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use:

Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m above sea level. The studio is located on a open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport.

Air conditioning. Television reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
