Egmond aan Zee and surroundings
Egmond aan Zee is a well-known seaside resort on the North Sea. Here you will find many cosy restaurants and beach pavilions. In addition to sun, sea and beach, this town offers many exciting activities.
Where the built-up area ends, the nature reserve begins. The beautiful *North Holland Dune Reserve" is just a stone's throw away. The dunes protect the mainland from the sea and provide drinking water. There are excellent cycling and walking opportunities here. A holiday home in Egmond aan Zee offers visitors the opportunity to explore the protected *"North Holland Dune Reserve" and the wildlife that lives in it. The varied dune area offers countless possibilities, where one of the approximately 50 metre high beach dunes marks the highest elevation in the whole of North Holland.
