Beautiful, newly built 2.5-room apartment (56m²) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm, and comfortably furnished (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with beautiful views over the roofs of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch, and Corviglia.

The apartment is altogether south-oriented:

Southeast: Window bedroom and window bathroom as well as a window living area
Southwest: Window living area and window dining area
Northeast: Window entrance
Only 5 minutes walk from the village center (bus station, post office, Coop) and hiking trails.

What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoiled Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow.

Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes: kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz.

And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterized by their light, sunshine, and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery.

Those who would like to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex, or Val Bever on 150 kilometers (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 miles) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
