Beautiful 2.5-room flat (56m²) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm and cosy furnishings (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with wonderful views over the rooftops of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia.

Summer in Pontresina
580 km of hiking trails, 400 km of mountain bike trails and the Upper Engadine lakes open up numerous possibilities: Hiking, biking, climbing, sailing, surfing or golfing. Special highlights include the largest colony of ibex in Switzerland and the "Bernina-Glaciers" adventure area.

Winter in Pontresina
In winter there are 350 kilometres of pistes (Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza, Zuoz), 220 km of cross-country ski trails as well as snowshoe and winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex and Val Bever. Carriage rides and the 4.2 km long Muottas Muragl toboggan run are also among the special experiences.
