The beautiful villa Horatia is located in Makarska, a coastal town located in Split-Dalmatia County. If you want to escape from the hectic everyday life and treat yourself and your loved ones to a luxurious holiday, then this villa is the right choice for you!



It was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, and offers its guests 465 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1100 m2. The villa is 1 km from the nearest beach, and nearby there are cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy food and drink, and above all, good company and entertainment. Villa Horatia is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 12 people, while the optimal number is 10. Guests will be distributed in 5 comfortable bedrooms that contain a double bed and ensuite bathrooms with a shower cabin, with 2 rooms also having a bathtub. Each of the bedrooms has access to a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea, and each of the rooms also has a TV.



The villa has a ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor, which is more than enough space to enjoy together with family and friends. There is a living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV at your disposal. Next to the living room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and there is also a dining room with a dining table and a bar with seating. Likewise, in the living room, there is a wonderful jacuzzi where you can enjoy romantic evening gatherings with a glass of top wine.



On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.45 metres deep, next to which there are 8 deck chairs for sunbathing, and a lounge bar with seating. Likewise, you will be able to prepare meat or fish dishes on the outdoor gas grill, and you will try them on the outdoor dining table with 8 seats.



You will also enjoy the sauna and fitness room, which will delight fans of an active holiday.



Additional facilities that you can use during your stay are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and there are also two pull-out sofas that serve as an extra bed for two people, as well as a feeder and a baby cot. Also, an additional convenience of Villa Horatia is an elevator.



There are 4 private parking spaces in the yard of Villa Horatia.



The Makarska Riviera is full of natural beauty and cultural and historical attractions, such as Mount Biokovo, where there is a viewpoint located 1228 m above the sea, and where you can enjoy the view of untouched nature. There is also the Brela Stone, which has become a visual symbol of the Makarska Riviera and one of the symbols of Croatian tourism.
