The little ones will certainly enjoy the colourful children's room, which is suitable for both relaxing and playing, as it is equipped with a small drawing table, a tent, picture books and similar contents. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with all the necessary facilities. The centre of the kitchen is dominated by an attractive kitchen island, right next to which is a dining table with seating for six. This villa also has an outdoor dining area with seating for 12 and is certainly the place to enjoy culinary specialities al fresco. The spacious living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. In the inner courtyard of the villa there is a 50 m² swimming pool with an additional hydromassage option, surrounded by a total of eight sun loungers. A charcoal or wood-fired barbecue is also available in the courtyard for guests to use during their stay at the villa. This villa will also delight the youngest guests as it has an impressive outdoor playground with trampoline, slide and other facilities for children, but adults will certainly not be bored with additional content such as darts or PlayStation, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment.
