Beautiful Villa Bianca is located in the picturesque town of Svetvinčenat on the very south of the Istrian peninsula, which will surely delight you with its rich tourist offer, numerous gastronomic delicacies as well as cultural and historical monuments and locations.



This modern and fully air-conditioned villa of 600m2 has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the first floor and share terrace, whilst one also has with a gallery with a double bed. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed while the office room has a fold-out bed. Also, each of the rooms has its own private bathroom with underfloor heating and radiator. An additional bathroom is located in the auxiliary facility near the pool and the sauna. The villa also features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room and living room with TV, PlayStation console and fireplace as well as another separate toilet and a wine cellar with a rich selection of quality Istrian wines.



The fully fenced, 7000 m2 large yard of the villa Bianca features a swimming pool (50 m2) with heating and massage option, surrounded by deck chairs. Next to the pool there is a game room with table football, billiards, a table for table tennis and a sauna, next to which there is a barbecue and outdoor dining area. Guests also have a stereo system with external speakers in the object near the barbecue area. The entertainment offer of the villa includes 8 bicycles, a lit tennis court, a fenced football and volleyball court as well as a jacuzzi for 4 people. There are also 3 private parking spaces for guests of Villa Bianca, where two additional vehicles can be parked.



The usage of the tennis court in night hours will be charged €10 per hour, payable locally. Daily usage is free of charge.



The pool is closed from November until April.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
