Beautiful home in Bol

The luxury Villa Golden Zen is located on the island of Brač, in the oldest Brač settlement Bol. The sea in front of the villa is extremely clear and clean, and this place abounds with attractive beaches where you will be able to enjoy your stay even more. Villa Golden Zen was built in 2002, and it was completely renovated in 2020 when it became a real modern luxury marvel. Built-in a modern style of construction, this villa provides its guests with 300 m2 of living space, while the total land area is 800 m2. What will especially delight you is the fact that the nearest sea and pebble beach is only 5 metres from the villa. It can accommodate a maximum of 16 and an optimal 12 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and you will be able to stay in 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes, all with double beds (180x200).



Also, as an extra bed, there is one sofa bed (90x180) located in each bedroom with a kitchenette.



The villa consists of two residential buildings. The first is located closer to the sea and is divided into the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with an enclosed dining area, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace and a separate toilet. On the first floor of this building is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, which is equipped with a spa bath and shower, a large wardrobe, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. There is also another bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.



The second residential building of this unique villa is also divided into two floors, the ground floor, and the first floor. On each floor, there are two apartments, each of which has a large double bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and dressing room.



Both buildings are interconnected by a common yard in the centre of which is a heated pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. There is a large terrace equipped with a large wooden table overlooking the sea. This is a real little paradise during the hot summer days because there is shade and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood where the brilliant gourmets will be able to prepare delicious meals for the whole family or friends.



Additional facilities include a washing machine and iron, and by prior arrangement and on request it is possible to use a feeder and baby cot.



By prior arrangement and only on request, it is possible to organise a berth for a boat.



Bol is a site of exceptional maritime convenience. Its coast with many corners of peace and comfort provides a feeling of great free space, created for meditative relaxation and active rest. You will also enjoy the scent of medicinal sage and rosemary, and every visitor to this area can find a piece of their own pleasure.
