There is also a large garden where the little ones can play in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor gas grill where you can try different barbecue specialties. The villa is completely fenced with hedges, so you can enjoy your privacy. Villa Calma Istria has four parking spaces. Villa Calma Istria offers everything you need for an ideal vacation! On the hill above Rabac is Labin, known for its museums and rich architecture. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
