Villa Scallop

The luxurious Villa Scallop delights with its beautiful contemporary building style and peaceful position in the heart of untouched nature. The villa is located in Northern Dalmatia, in a quiet place Podlug, and is part of the town of Benkovac, 30 km away from the city of Zadar. With its 3600 m2 of space, Villa Scallop will provide you with a holiday that you have long dreamed of and that you will remember for a long time.



The air-conditioned Villa Scallop has accommodation for a maximum of 12 people, so in case you are coming with a large family or a group of friends, you will surely have more than enough space for complete relaxation and fun. It has 6 modern bedrooms that have double beds with 6 ensuite bathrooms with shower, of which four bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. Additional amenities at your disposal include a hairdryer, washer and dryer, and iron.



On the lower floor there is a spacious living room that includes a sofa, TV, coffee table and radio, a living room with kitchen and dining area that has a table for 12 people, two bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms, and there is also a separate toilet.



On the terrace of the villa, which can be reached from the dining room, there is a swimming pool of 58 m2, next to which you can relax all day on 8 sun loungers. The pool has the option of heating and counter-current swimming. Next to the pool is a large outdoor dining table for 14 people, and an outdoor charcoal / wood grill. Also, next to the pool there is a relaxation area: jacuzzi, infrared sauna and Finnish sauna.



The youngest ones will surely be delighted with the Play Station console, the outdoor playground with swings and the slide. Additional entertainment that will entertain those little adults during your holiday are certainly the famous billiards, table tennis and darts.



There are 4 parking spaces inside the yard, and 8 spaces outside of it.



The town of Benkovac has a good traffic position because it intersects the roads leading from the city of Zadar to the city of Knin and from Lika to the Adriatic Sea. In the settlement of Šopot, which is located near Benkovac, there is a stone monument from the 9th century on which the name of the Croatian prince Branimir was engraved for the first time. On one of the hills above the town of Benkovac is the medieval fortress Benković, which was built in the 15th century by the Croatian noble family Benković, after whom the town probably got its name.
