Villa Adriana is located in the Dalmatian place Sikovo, near Zadar.
It is 5 km away from the sea .
It is luxuriously furnished externally and internally, and its surroundings provide peace and quiet.
Here you can enjoy with your family and friends.
Villa Adriana offers accommodation for 12 people in 300 m2 and 3 000 m2 of yard.
On the first floor of the villa there is a large living room with kitchen, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, one of which is the master room.
Three rooms are equipped with a large double bed.
The fourth room is equipped with two single beds.
All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.
A view of nature and Lake Vrana is provided with three terraces and one balcony. Terraces and balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with all new and modern appliances and dishes.
Bathrooms have shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine.
There is a safe in the rooms for personal use.
On the second floor of Villa Adriana there are two mini-kitchens, two rooms with large double beds and two bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The whole villa is equipped with nine air conditioners.
For the winter days we have provided central heating to enjoy the warmth of the villa and the winter days of Dalmatia.

In the courtyard of Villa Adriana next to the pool there is a summer kitchen.
It is equipped with a mini-kitchen, barbecue, wooden table and benches for 12 people.
The 10x5, 150 cm deep pool is equipped with:

- anti-current swimming
-hydro massage
- RGB led lighting
- a bench for sitting inside the pool

In addition to the pool you can enjoy 12 deck chairs, two swing baskets and a swing for adults.


The yard is fully fenced.
In the yard we offer four covered parking spaces located in a pine forest.
The villa is under video surveillance and there is a remote control door from the yard.
For the youngest we offer a trampoline and a swing.
In the garden of Villa Adriana you can pick and consume fruits and vegetables that we have grown ourselves.
You can try our wine, brandy and olive oil.

We also offer Dalmatian specialties for an extra charge.
