The fully air-conditioned villa Milagros, which is ideal for a maximum of 8 guests, has 244 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1600 m2. There is also a stone beach of St. Peter nearby, which will be an excellent opportunity for swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. Guests will be divided into 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (180x200), one of which can be separated to make 2 single beds (90x180). Likewise, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor, while the three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor and have an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, you will have the opportunity to rest and read a book on the terrace with seating, where you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic sea view and the sunset.



When you go down to the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, two coffee tables and a TV. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare your favourite dishes for the whole family, and you will try them in the dining room, which contains a dining table with 8 seats. Next to the dining room is a bar with 2 bar stools.



From the living room you can go directly to the terrace, where there is a covered outdoor dining table for 8 people and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. From this terrace you can go down to the main terrace where there is a swimming pool and a covered lounge area for hanging out. The lounge area contains a sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs.



The beautiful heated pool (10x3.5) is perfect for day or night refreshment after a long hot day. Next to it there are deckchairs for sunbathing and an outdoor shower, as well as a beautifully landscaped yard and green garden.



There is also a garage on the ground floor, which is intended as a room where you will have fun playing electric darts or table tennis with your family and friends.



As an additional feature, the villa offers a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. If necessary, a feeder and a cot are available for children. Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the wine fridge.



The courtyard of the villa offers you the possibility of parking 2 cars.
