Comfortable, luxurious chalet on 1750 m with Jacuzzi

Chalet Chalin, 'ski in and out' in the largest skiing area of Europe 'Portes du Soleil', have stunning views of the Swiss mountains and enjoy a well equipment and comfort house, so that your skiing holiday will be a fantastic winter vacations.
On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area with ski boot heater, a guest WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Additionally, there is a perfectly equipped kitchen on the same floor. Raclette, fondue, bread baking machine, Nespresso machine, and much more, are available. The dining area offers sittings for 6.
In the living room there is a fireplace and enough room for all your guests. We always store sufficient wood.
On the upper level you find the 3 bedrooms as well as the spacious bathroom from which you reach the exterior Jacuzzi.
In front of the house there is the terrace with sun loungers and dining area. There is parking for 2 to 3 cars available in front of the house.

We only recommend this house. It is cosy. the jacuzzi is a real dream and the location of the house is beautiful in terms of silence, views, nature feel. Wonderful. Also the combined French-Swiss skiing region is superior and a repeat region fro coming years.

Chalet très confortable avec une vue magnifique

Le chalet très cosy est très bien agencé et super bien équipé (machine à pain cafetière nespresso....). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en faisant beaucoup de randonnées autour du chalet grâce aux différentes remontées ouvertes pendant l’été. Surtout le plateau de Barme qui est magnifique. Et du chalet quelle vue splendide sur les dents du Midi c’est tellement beau d’ouvrir les volets le matin et de profiter du paysage. Notre hôte Kathrin nous avait préparé tout pour notre arrivée et nous avait laissé quelques conseils de randonnées. Et nous avons aussi profité des petites buvettes et cantines en alpage c’est bien sympa. Bref un excellent séjour au frais dans les montagnes suisses.

Ein kleines Paradies

Es ist so traumhaft wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf die Berge mit den „dents du Midi“ – einfach überwältigend. Die tolle Sonnenlage lädt zum Verbleib auf der Terrasse ein: das Frühstück im Sommer mit unvergleichlichen Blick genießen oder einfach nur ausruhen. Das Chalet ist was für jede Jahreszeit: Wandern, Ski- und Schlittenfahren oder einfach nur die Aussicht und die Sonne genießen; all das kennen wir von unseren Aufenthalten im Sommer und im Winter. Das Chalet ist urig-gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hier passt einfach eins zum anderen. Der Kamin verbreitet wohlige Wärme, viel Holz und warme Farben sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Selbst Geschirr und Tischsets sind farb- und stilmäßig mit dem restlichen Inventar abgestimmt. Die komplette Kücheneinrichtung lässt selbst die Vorbereitung komplizierter Menüs zu. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz. Nur das kleine Zimmerchen ist ein bisschen beengt und kann wirklich nur zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Es gibt ausreichend Restaurants in der Umgebung; das Relais liegt nicht nur sehr praktisch sondern das Essen ist einfach gut, so dass wir hier oft nach Skifahren und Wandern eingekehrt sind. Ski-Zirkus, laute Musik und Discos suchen Sie hier vergeblich. Das Skigebiet ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen – sowohl für Anfänger als auch für sehr gute Fahrer. Die Skier werden vor der Tür angeschnallt und los geht’s. Keine langen Anfahrten, keine Parkplatzsuche; es ist einfach praktisch, unkompliziert bis vor das Chalet mit Skiern fahren zu können. Auch hätten wir uns nach dem Skifahren nichts Schöneres vorstellen können als im Whirlpool die Natur und Ruhe mit tollem Bergblick zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

So soll es sein

Wir hatten traumhafte Skiferien. Die Lage des Chalets ist perfekt, Morgens schnallt man die Skier an und fährt zum Lift, abends schnallt man sie vor der Haustüre wieder ab. Trotzdem ist das Haus gut zu erreichen. Die Aussicht aus allen Zimmern ist grandios, nichts versperrt den Blick auf die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist gut und geschmackvoll, alles was benötigt wird ist da(sogar Skischuhwärmer). Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Toll war es abends nach dem Skifahren im Whirlpool zu liegen mit Blick auf die Berge und drin prasselte der Kamin. Der Ort ist (noch) klein und überschaubar, von daher eher für Menschen die viel skifahren wollen (zum Skigebiet muß man ja nichts mehr sagen, es ist riesig) und nicht Action wie Discos suchen. Essen kann man in mehreren Restaurants, gerne waren wir im "Relais". Was amn wissen muß: Es gibt nur einen kleinen Supermarkt mit den Alltagslebensmittel. Wenn es mehr sein soll muß man es entweder mitbringen, oder im Tal besorgen oder aber dem Ladenbesitzer sagen was man braucht. Er bringt es dann am nächsten Tag mit. Also: das Chalet bieten den perfekten Rahmen für romantische und erholsame Ferien.
