The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1995, renovated in 2003, and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot and internet access (WiFi). Television reception is via cable.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, 4 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep).
