It is accessible via a private entrance from the large, enclosed courtyard car park in front of the house, which features a covered area for bicycles.<br><br>The spacious and well-equipped holiday apartment is ideal for both a relaxing holiday and a business trip and can accommodate up to 4 people, or even up to 5 with an extra bed.<br><br>The renovated holiday rental occupies an entire side of a duplex and is located just outside the town of Hardegsen—the “GATEWAY TO THE SOLLING”—heading north.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance with a hallway and the kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, sink, fridge-freezer, pots, dishes, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a broom closet stocked with cleaning supplies for preliminary cleaning.<br><br>From the kitchen, you have direct access to the living room with dining area and to the terrace. The living room is furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs, as well as a sofa, armchairs, a large TV, and a wood-burning stove.
