The detached holiday home, built in 2020, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, and terrace. Free cot available on request.

Pula, district of Vintijan. The holiday house is located on a 600 sqm enclosed plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Youth groups are not permitted. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, 2.5 m x 8 m, 1.35 m deep).
