Next door, there is also a playground from De ole School with various play equipment and a sandbox made of Robinia wood. And if you feel like some indoor sports, you can play a round of table tennis or foosball in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick mat. You can connect your music to large Bluetooth speakers.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-saving or recyclable were used, resulting in a small carbon footprint and without unhealthy by-products. This is good for you and for the environment.

The same applies to the heating and ventilation system: The majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
