The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!



Guests of different short-term rental groups will need to share driveway access with the two other rental homes on the property, dependent on the reservation schedule. Regardless of the reservation schedule, two parking spaces underneath the house are reserved for this house. Parking spaces and driveway are tight, compact vehicles are the only option.

Location is perfect, short walk to King Street. Very clean and spacious, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Be aware that parking is tight in the back, but you can always park on the street or garage if you have a large vehicle. We became friends with the upstairs neighbors and were able to switch cars in the driveway to make it easier. Great communication with the owners.

Great property, good location, walking distance to downtown Charleston was helpful. Atmosphere inside was a lovely mix of rustic restored wood, original brick details and refined, modern cozy. The ambiance was charming, clean, and comfortable. Rare to find a place that is so well-equipped while having such a warm, inviting feel. Each bedroom had its own small kitchenette, making it easy for one guest to be up, making coffee without disturbing other guests- a definite plus. We did not need extras, but there was pack n play, extra air mattress, high chair and other amenities in house, not usually included. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely come back to this property.

Lovely renovated property

The property has been nicely renovated, keeping a lot of the historic charm in the living area. Well stocked kitchen, although we opted for eating out, too many great restaurants in Charleston. Owner communication was timely, check in and out very easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property!

This unit is exactly as listed and fit our needs perfectly. Nicely decorated, very comfortable and an easy walk to King Street. The communication with the owner was excellent and they were always attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding stay

Our son and his fiancé got married and we wanted to stay close to the venue, close to King Street, and in a place with the charm of Charleston. This place hit ALL THREE of those! Easily walkable to food, drinks, shopping, and nightlife - and BEAUTIFUL!! So nicely appointed and maintained there were multiple old fireplaces, natural wood floors, high ceilings, top end appliances and gorgeous restrooms. It was such an enjoyable property - we LOVED IT!!

Charming, great location

Loved the location, close to shopping and restaurants on King Street. Neighborhood had a bit of a college vibe, being so close to the College of Charleston, but proximity to everything made up for it. A couple small issues that arose during our stay were quickly addressed by management. Great weekend!

Clean, cozy and convenient

Great cozy rental that was very clean and had updated renovations . We had all the necessities available within this unit- including fully stocked kitchen. Very convenient location with walking distance to King St shopping and restaurants. Pictures are accurate- We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The property was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and well stocked amenities were a blessing after walking the downtown area. Parking is convenient, but tight for larger vehicles. We had no issues with parking an Escalade. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Charleston Fun

Property was nicely decorated. Bathroom were small, not alot of room for tolietries. Quiet & peaceful location. Parking a large car or SUV is tricky. Overall accommodations met our expectations. Great value for your buck.
