Vielen Dank für Ihre subjektive Bewertungen, die im krassen Gegensatz zu allen anderen Bewertung auf allen Portalen steht. Ich greife gerne, Ihre Anmerkungen auf:
Lage: das Palais am Park gehört zu den Top Lagen in Ostseebad fragen Sie gerne bei den Maklern nach. Dazu gehört auch der Lindenpark mit seinem sommerbetriebenen Tennisplätzen und der angrenzende Stadtwald. Kurtaxe erheben wir, wenn der Dienstleister vor Ort bei Anreise geöffnet ist oder ich Ihre Meldedaten gehabt hätte, mir werden keinerlei Adressdaten übermittelt und in Klinik liegend , wäre der Kurkartenkauf am Automat eine gute Lösung gewesen. Schimmel im Bad macht bei neu renovierten Bad und fugenloser Dusche keinen Sinn. In unseren Anreiseinfos bitten wir um zeitnahe Information, wenn etwas defekt oder vom Reinigungsdienst übersehen wurde. Nichts davon wurde im Vorfeld gemeldet und uns auch keine Chance der Nachreinigung gegeben. Bei unserer persönlichen Kontrolle wurde nur 1 Defekte Dekolampe im Fenster dokumentiert und steht zum Austausch. Außer 1 Dekolüster im Flur sind alle angeschlossenen Lampen intakt und leuchten sehr stark aus. Sie haben unser Objekt nachhaltig geschädigt, weil Sie bei Ihrer Abreise bei minusgraden 1 großes Fenster offen ließen. Außerdem zeigten die smarten Thermostate während Ihrer ganzen Mietzeit Max Temperatur also voll geöffnete Thermostate bei geöffneten Fenstern. Das zeigt keinen Respekt vor fremdem Eigentum und wir überdenken den entstandenen Schaden zur Anzeige zu bringen.
