Built in 1912 and renovated in 2009, the villa is furnished in the typical local style. Available for exclusive use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Bicycle parking space, garden.
Location
Krnica, district of Šegotići. The villa is located on a 1050 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 4 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep).
