Ferienwohnung Tante Lollo´s Kajüte OG in Ruhiger Lage

The holiday rental is located on the upper floor of a four-unit building in a quiet area of Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. The living area features, among other things, a sofa set, a recliner, and a flat-screen TV, inviting you to enjoy cosy evenings. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Adjacent to the living room is the bright kitchen, which features a dining table and a cosy bench. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and other items. The hallway leads to the spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is provided! Next door is the bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. From the living area, a space-saving staircase leads to the attic, where there are two more single beds. The beds are separated by a wooden partition. All windows (except those in the attic) are equipped with exterior roller shades. A parking space is located in front of the house.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
