Das Haus „Sonnenschein“ ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten im November 2025 eine gemütliche Zeit mit Sauna -die für 2 wegen Dachschräge etwas sehr eng zum Sitzen ist- morgendlichem Yoga und warmem (Gas-) Kamin sehr viel Platz für 2 Personen. Im Sommer würden uns wohl Fliegengitter, Verschattung der Fenster fehlen und die Geräusche der Zahnarztpraxis (Maschinen) bei offenen Fenstern stören. Für uns das ideale Herbst-Winter Haus in toller Lage mit perfekter Busanbindung Linie 1 in den Norden und Linie 2 in den Süden für lange Spaziergänge.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne große Doppelhaushälfte, die sehr gut im Dorf gelegen ist. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, sodass man sich auch mit mehr als 2 Personen wohl fühlen kann. Sehr bequeme Betten und schöne große Duschen. Die Sauna ist natürlich das Highlight, auch wenn sie für große Menschen etwas zu klein ist um sich wirklich zu entspannen. Was wirklich fehlt sind Fliegengitter, was ein deutliches Manko im Sommer und Herbst ist.
