The beautiful villa Tala is located on the island of Pašman in the Zadar archipelago. It was built in 2022 and will delight you with its modernity and Dalmatian atmosphere with a view of the islands of the Pašman channel and the blue Adriatic. Only 2 m from the villa there is a beach with a pebble entrance to the crystal-clear sea and numerous facilities that will enrich your holiday in the villa.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room with 8 seats. There is also an additional kitchen with a barbecue in the exterior part of the villa and a sauna that is perfect for resting the body and relaxing the mind. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower, and one room has a free-standing bathtub from which you can enjoy the view of the sea.



In front of the villa there is a heated swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor seating area where you can relax with your friends or family while preparing a barbecue. Privacy will be ensured by the complete enclosure of the villa.



There are 4 parking spaces inside the courtyard of the villa.



The island of Pašman will attract you with its hidden beaches and attractive nature that offer many facilities for nature lovers. Other neighboring islands such as Ugljan and Dugi otok with the nature park Telašćica will certainly attract your attention. On the mainland, separated only by a narrow strip of the Adriatic Sea, are the historical and tourist towns of Biograd, Sveti Filip i Jakov and Sveti Petar na moru.
